VNHL co - Founder Marijn Sprokkereef graduates from Law School (LL.M)
After having completed his Bachelor's degree in European Union Law (LL.B) from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and after having completed his Master's degree in International Law in Maastricht, Montreal, and Stellenbosch, Marijn graduates in 2009.
First time in Vietnam
Looking to discover what the world has to offer, VNHL co - Founder Marijn Sprokkereef sets out on a 1 year journey throughout Asia. When he visits Vietnam for the first time in 2010, he is immediately charmed by the country, and he already plans to come back.
Legal training in Vietnam
VNHL co - founder Marijn Sprokkereef joins a highly reputable international law firm, and works for several years at the firm's offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Yangon (Myanmar). It is in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City where he meets his Wife, Y Thao.
Entering the field of business start up consulting
After moving to the Central Vietnamese city of Da Nang, VNHL co - Founder Marijn Sprokkereef teams up with a business partner. They successfully run a business start up consulting company in Da Nang, serving Clients mostly in Central Vietnam.
VNHL Consulting is established
Marijn Sprokkereef and Y Thao establish VNHL Consulting together. The main services are: (i) consulting, (ii) networking, and (iii) practical support. VNHL's supports its Clients in a professional way with their business, investment, and living in Vietnam.

Who are our Clients
- Our Clients include individuals, and small to medium – sized businesses. What they have in common is that they all have, or want to have, a connection with the beautiful country full of opportunities: Vietnam.
- Some examples: we have recently supported a European Family who wanted to move to Central Vietnam and live here for a year, an Australian Client who wanted to take over an existing business in South Vietnam, and an Asian Client looking to expand their high – tech manufacturing business to North Vietnam.
- We aim to support all of our Clients in a way they understand. Because we believe that understanding how things work in Vietnam, and why they work like that, and knowing which options are available: is very important.
